Terms of use
It is a free game about throwing rings at a nose. These terms are correspondingly light, but they are real.

Using the site
Nose Ring Toss is free to play, needs no account, and is provided for personal entertainment. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.
The leaderboard
When you submit a score you agree not to submit:
- a name containing slurs, harassment or sexual content
- a name impersonating a real person or organisation
- anyone's personal information, including your own
- anything designed to break the page, such as markup or script
- scores obtained by tampering with the game or the API
Names are filtered automatically and anything that gets through can be removed without notice. Entries can be deleted at any time and for any reason, and the leaderboard may be reset. It is a scoreboard, not a possession.
Do not attack the thing
Do not attempt to overload the site, bypass the rate limits or the human check, or submit scores by automated means. Access may be blocked if you do.
Historical figures
The game depicts people from history, chosen because they were born in the current week. They are represented as crude arrangements of basic geometric shapes, and the depictions are affectionate parody. Nothing here is a claim of fact about any real person, living or dead, and no endorsement by anyone's estate is implied.
If you are a descendant of Herman Melville and object to the nose ring, get in touch and we will talk about it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, it may lose your score, and it may contain bugs. It is a free game made for fun and it comes with no guarantee that it works.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this site is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
